Residential Projects

   Architectural Alternatives' scope of residential projects range from very small residential additions to a 33-unit Co housing project in Blacksburg, VA. As a member of the "Not So Big House" Professional Network, we strongly affirm that "bigger is not necessarily better" and that there are many innovative solutions to meeting the residential needs of the many family types which exist today. Our work areas include student-oriented apartments near Virginia Tech and Radford University, specialty housing for Boys' Home, in Covington, VA, resort housing at Smith Mountain Lake, special housing for those needing special assistance, many single family residential projects, and a multitude of residential additions. We seek to be innovative in our planning and work with many family types.
